Our core business revolves around six major technology sectors, covering the full-process intelligent manufacturing: Finished Product & PCB Testing Technology: We provide intelligent FCT testing equipment for all industries including general, home appliance, automotive electronics, office/industrial products and power supplies, as well as the new generation of fully automatic PCBA unmanned testing equipment - Wezard. Custom Robot Technology: Self-developed SCARA robots (R/G/V series) and 3-axis screw locking robots support multi-scenario operations such as material handling, component insertion, dispensing and screw locking. Automated Production Line Construction: We offer customized assembly/testing lines for automotive electronics (BMS/domain controllers), server motherboards, industrial/OA products, vehicle displays and electric vehicle control units. Logistics Handling Technology: Self-developed intelligent logistics systems include WCS/WMS/AGVS control systems, lifting/flexible handling equipment, automated warehouses and 3D visualization management solutions. Software Control & Vision Technology: We provide motion control, AGV management and traceability management systems, as well as vision inspection solutions such as height measurement, gap measurement, appearance/defect detection and character recognition. Machining Technology: We have full-process manufacturing capabilities for metal/non-metal precision parts, frame sheet metal and production line work platforms, with a maximum machining accuracy of 0.001mm.
